步入展厅,仿佛登上一列穿越古今的文化列车。最劝诱东谈主的是“明厨亮灶+文化叙事”的千里浸式体验空间,透明操作台里浑厚傅们正在现场制作德州扒鸡的鸡肉灌汤包、野风酥的煎饼卷牛肉、鲁味斋的脱脂扒蹄饭。氤氲香气中,鲁菜“食不厌精、脍不厌细”的匠心传承变得可触可感。“孔孟有礼”主题展区积贮了君祥蜂蜜、泰山老汤鸡、渤海口海居品、崔字牌香油等多款“可带走的山东滋味”,将文化瑰丽融入昔时饮食。
在“鲁骈文创”区域,豆神动漫的《孔庙立体书》以纸艺更始复原儒家建筑艰深;在“智享生计”区域,橙色云智能个护电器、大染坊丝绸家纺等外贸优品迎阿亮相。
展馆还诞生了丰富的互动花式:在“我为家乡代言”品牌方言墙前,不雅众不错凝听患难之交山东方言版品牌宣传;“寻章探馆”等活动可引诱不雅众深度感知都鲁文化内涵。

The Shandong Pavilion is themed around the “Qilu No.1“ train. But it's more than just a display of high-quality products. It's a living snapshot—and a gateway—that helps Shandong Manufacturing connect with the world. The pavilion uses the idea of a train journey to tie everything together:culture, industry, and food—all linked, all flowing. There's even a special immersive dining event that brings it all together:cultural experiences, gourmet tasting, and industrial showcases—all in one single journey.
Stepping into the hall feels like boarding a cultural train that travels through time. The most attractive thing is an immersive space with “open kitchens + cultural storytelling.“ Behind the transparent counters, skilled artisans are making treats live—such as Dezhou Braised Chicken-inspired steamed buns stuffed with chicken broth, Yefengsu's pancake rolls with beef, and Luweizhai's de-greased trotter rice. As the aroma fills the air, you can really feel the meticulous craftsmanship that defines Shandong cuisine—a style that lives by the principle: “spare no effort in detail, pursue perfection in refinement.“
Over at the “Confucius and Mencius Etiquette“zone, there are plenty of “take-home tastes of Shandong,“ like Junxiang honey, Mount Tai old-broth chicken, Bohai Kou seafood, and Cui Brand sesame oil. Each product weaves cultural symbols into everyday food.
In the “Shandong Cultural Creations“ area, Doushen Animation’s “3D Pop-up Book of Confucius Temple“ uses innovative paper art to bring the essence of Confucian architecture to life. In the “Smart Living“ section, you’ll find a collection of premium export products—things like Orange Cloud's smart personal care appliances and Daranfang Silk home textiles.
The pavilion also has lots of fun interactive activities. At the “I'm My Hometown's Spokesperson“ brand dialect wall, you can listen to brand promotions in authentic Shandong dialect. There are also events like “Treasure Hunt in the Pavilion“ to guide you in exploring the cultural meanings of Qilu more deeply.
Thanks to its unique exhibition concept and immersive experiences, the Shandong Pavilion stands out as a bright highlight at this year's CIIE.Here at the Shandong Pavilion, Qilu culture isn't just a story from old books—it's a vivid reality that you can taste, experience, and take home with you.
